This natural process lot was developed through a collaboration between local farmers and the Ayarza cherry mill, allowing for centralized processing and strict quality control. By sourcing only ripe, high-altitude cherries from dedicated smallholder farmers like Arnaldo López, we ensure a vibrant and consistent cup profile.
